Do not go there. Construction being done. People with respiratory problems... do not go there! Tv hanging off the wall ! Dried Urine on chair. Bathroom floor slippery. Not cleaned correctly. Currently hoping to avoid going to hospital due to asthma attack / copd. Priceline should notify customers of the Construction issues. Beware

Old, worn out, tired, not maintained, poor AC, TV broken, stains, tears in furniture, missing light bulbs (multiple) no coffee in room, mold in bath

I have stayed here a couple of times with no incident. But, my last stay was terrible! The staff was incredible! She was the ONLY positive of the whole experience. She was very accommodating and concerned. She accompanied me to check out the rooms and provide assistance. There was nothing else she could do though. The TV was broken in my first room. She gave me another room. The TV worked but the heat didn't. It was extremely cold so that wouldn't work. She gave me another room. We went in and made sure everything worked even though the front cover was off the HVAC unit. It had a moldy smell but I decided to just deal with it. About an hour later I walked on the back side of the bed near the patio door. I'm so glad I had on socks. The entire area was soaked with water. I had to throw the socks away because they looked awful! I left immediately. Staff was nice but the hotel was not maintained well at all!

I cant rate the rooms because I did not get a room. I had a reservation through Marriotts website when I got to the hotel they told me they were booked and basically to go pound sand. It was around 1 AM in the morning and there were no other hotels available. I had to drive four hours to Birmingham Alabama to get a room. I didnt check into the other hotel until 5:30 in the morning. About the only thing I can understand out of all this is that Marriott does not care about the safety of their guests. They sent me out in the middle of the night with no place to stay, no place to sleep, and a 10-year-old boy in the car with me. I was extremely tired practically passing out behind the wheel. I was so afraid of falling asleep. I could not find a safe location to even rest in the car for a little bit. After demanding an apology and an explanation once again, Marriott failed to do anything they told me it was their policy and too bad. I have been a Marriott Bonvoy member for over two decades, and no more. You should be sued you endangered my life, the life of my son, as well as anyone else near my vehicle. Absolutely absolutely 100% the worst customer service ever. Also, if there are any lawyers out there, I will entertain suing Marriott, I can prove every statement I made here.
