I had the pleasure of working at Anthony Lancaster Insurance Agency. I was told by Lancaster I could go home due to the work load was very slow and he would call me the day after Christmas to let me know what was what. The fact he sent me home a week before Christmas was very inconsiderate in my opinion. I was going through my email the next day and indeed sent me a job opportunity, to my surprise it was with Lancaster Insurance. Not only did he send me home he posted my job on indeed the next day. Lancaster is a micromanager, he would call several times throughout the day asking what are you working on. He doesn’t know how to address you as and employee. He feels because he’s the owner of the company he can speak to you however he wants. The work environment was very toxic, he and his office Manager would often if not daily have negative conversations about me. Through my experience working in and environment where the leader has a toxic leadership style, will foster and environment where the employees not only feels uncomfortable and disrespected. As a company, that’s not a positive reflection in what a healthy work environment and business should be. As you see I rated this company a one start, but if a half star was and option it would be what I would give.

Mr. Lancaster is very knowledgeable about insurance. He was able to help me with my auto insurance. Getting me a very reasonable rate with Safeco Superior Package. Call him he'll be glad to help you.
