Once Preston left this place went downhill so fast. 6 weeks and they can’t even get me a quote for workman’s comp. That clearly shows me they have no want or need to help me out or they simply don’t want to help me and don’t have the balls to tell me. My current agent Madison hasn’t answered my emails in 2-3 weeks now.

We haven't even seen them this year at my husband's work and they didn't even activate the latest plan until mid-January, resulting in someone paying OOP full price for Flu treatment. But what's the difference? They told us our deductible didn't 0 out until December 31st when I did my due diligence before starting care for my daughter, where the amount would be met QUICKLY. And then it 0'ed out Sept 1st-but didn't show until October, resulting in the PT lady being in tears and me having to stop care bc of the giant bill I accumulated. Meanwhile, they didn't inform the dental of a policy change-well, they told ME our HR didn't. Come February when it didn't matter anymore, he randomly found the email HE SENT to them on Sept 1st-meaning if he did his job, it would've been a policy I could use. But in Feb, WHO CARES? Ridiculous someone gets paid to shop and manage policies and they let ME find out how the deductible works the hard way-by EATING it. We got swapped again on policies and Humana is handling the latest mess-ups, while this place collects the Contract and does nothing but make things up as they go. But would YOU call a place that told you a bald face lie and cost your kid treatment and left you holding bills bc they can't manage an inbox, much less a policy? No. Why would I believe someone who lied to me? And HOW does this place keep the contract? I'll be sharing the employees' experience with their boss, who had good intentions when he tried to set up something actually USEABLE for his people, because he's being taken advantage of. I'm just disgusted. They collect the paycheck and I do their job. Sounds like a great place to work.
