Shelter Insurance - Carlos Taylor

Well all I know is my agent that works for Shelter Insurance is the best. Carlos Taylor is one of the best personal agents I've had in a long time. I'm one of those who doesn't leave VM when I call cause when I call it's for a reason. He tells me all the time to just leave him a VM and he'll get back with me as soon as he can and I never do lol but he makes it his business to reach back out. Carlos goes above and beyond for his clients.

First I would like say Shelter Insurance Company is one of the best insurance companies ever. In the pass I have had GREAT AGENTS TIM AND THEN ERIC STONE. After they left the company it was down hill from then on. First it was some guy name Jordan I have no idea who he was, but the worst is Carlos Taylor. He never returns calls and doesn't act on insurance issues and he always has an excuse for what the problem maybe. I would hate to have to file a claim, if I did it would have to go directly to the home office. I usually don't give bad reviews, I couldn't take any more of Carlos Taylors mistakes. Shelter Insurance is a good Company but Carlos Taylor IS NOT A GOOD AGENT.
