Back Yard Burgers

Went to this location on yesterday 08/09/22. Store was closed. Is this permanent?

over hyped. was very underwhelming. over priced burgers. any place would be better. when i got a coke it was poured out of a 2-liter bottle like the one you can get a walmart.

This review for for actually 2 locations. One at 1685 N Germantown Pkwy & 8079 Trinity Rd. Pull up at 7:45pm to an employee telling me the dining room is now closed. No big deal, pull yo the drive through, can't read anything due to the sign lights are off and now the system is automated you actually have zero interaction with a human. Pull up to the window and surprise, no one is there. So I leave and go down to the Trinity location, again automated system because I d have to bother them with how busy there job is to actually talk to someone. Placed my order, to my shock, the employee couldn't putherphone down because face timing someone is more important than you job. Then I had only ordered 3 items, why bother counting how many you put in the bag, all while facetiming, I had to correct my own order. Finally get back to the hotel room and eat mymeal after 9 pm. To top it all of, I woke up at 6 am feeling like Mike Tyson gave me a couple of kidney shots. First days in Memphis sucking down Pepto and waiting to puke. So far 9 hours into this journey in to hell. Thanks Backyard Burgers for the food poisoning
