        Every time I call they have been great. This time was very helpful because not only did he help me get out of a hacked screen but taught me, very patiently, how to correct a couple of other things to help me in the future. Well worth the money to be able to call anytime!

        These guys could not diagnose a cold, let a lone a computer problem. I took my computer that is less than 1 year old, high end laptop to them for battery issues. They took it 2 times and I told them that the problem persists 2 times. The response was that it is because of display settings being higher than recommended. Remember that this is a high end laptop and on battery it is working for about 1.25 hours. They said "Manufacturers wildly over estimate their battery life". Finally they said "What do you want me to do about it?". I took some time to do a little research myself, found out the issue, did a small update and resolved the problem, but should I need to when it is under warranty? Isn't that what they are supposed to do? I am not sure what they are geeks in, but is not technology.
