Sunshine corporation representatives are SO rude. They will not attempt to help their tenants and put the responsibility on everyone else. Horrible customer service!

I went by to drop a payment off for someone and the lack of compassion or concern that the front desk workers had for the renters were less than humane. One wouldn't even get off the phone to acknowledge you and the other lady had no patience. They also seem as if they look for any reason to try to evict you or send you to court. One person asked for one day and the lady stated pay today or it will be handed over to collections. They also refuse to give you a receipt if you are paying for someone due to them closing early. It is not hard to give a receipt as proof of payment for someone. I don't know why people choose to live in their apartments.

Lived on a Property since 2015 and only had 1 issue back around 2016. I call and they repair what is needed. I've paid online and it was late once and someone in Corporate explained the process and I haven't been late again. They always ask for ID so I make sure I keep it on me when I go into the office. IT'S A SIGN POSTED THAT READ RECEIPTS CAN ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE PERSON ON LEASE...PLEASE READ YOUR LEASE CONTRACT....... because most of these complaints are because you signed contracts without reading it. They took pictures of my unit when I moved to a bigger unit and was billed only about $50...So please read everything...ALSO IF YOU GET AN APARTMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY NOT ON THE LEASE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. If you have questions about things of that nature call up there.....
