I have been using Renshaw to manage my properties for close to 15 years. I was originally with another mngt company and then shifted to Renshaw. At the time I only had a couple of properties and over the years have acquired close to 20 properties that they manage. I would not be able to do it without them.... here is why
/ They find the tenants and run all of the background, credit checks and references. I've never had to evict a single tenant in almost 15 years. Some tenants are better than others but the track record is spot on
/When leases expire most tenants re-sign and most stay for several years
/ When a lease expires and the tenant vacates, they assess the property with scores of detailed pictures and description of the property and then provide a 'get ready' quote that includes any painting touch up, repairs etc to get the property back on the market quickly.
/Renshaw takes all the calls in terms of repairs, maintenance etc. They dispatch their long term trusted vendors to assess issues and provide a quote usually the same day. We discuss and then approval is given to repair etc. The vendors are capable and reasonable.
/They provide a rock solid and fair lease that protects all parties
(tenant, owner and Renshaw)
/ They collect the rent and send the funds like clockwork every month with detailed description by property
/I have been working with the same folks for years and years in the different functional areas (leasing, maintenance, accounting..and the owners of the company). It's nice that their people have been there a long time and I'm not having to deal with different people whenever a need arises
There are a lot of proprty mngt companies in the area... you cant go wrong with Renshaw
