None of my transactions go smoothly. Every time, I have great regret from your company. I have received one package of the two parcels that were supposed to be delivered to me, and the other is missing. I've contacted your Markham branch and can't get any Information. Even though 2 of them should have been delivered together, it is not clear where even one of my parcels is. FedEx never adheres to the promised delivery time. If you can't deliver the package on time, our family business will lose revenue. There will be irreparable damages. I am waiting for your support to solve my problem. I really need my package by tomorrow please put my package to fly to Canada

Int'l package sat there for 2 weeks! I contacted them every other day and was told it was in customs. FINALLY I spoke to someone knowledgeable and they said it wasn't even in customs yet. I filled out a form they sent and received it two days later.

Typical FedEx pay for Priority Overnight 5 days later still waiting? Good luck getting any kind of Refund from Sender I paid for the Service. FedEx is probably only second to Comcast as worst Service Companies in US. All they do is gaslight and lie whenever you are able to get a live Voice. Will no longer buy from any Vendor who uses FedEx.

Im facing the same problem like everyone else who has written a review here. My package is at Memphis Hub since a week now. Every time is try to speak to a customer service agent they give me the same answer. Its in transit since 8 days now and no update or change in tracking since it arrived in Memphis hub. It was an international priority mail. Worst service ever.
