Ken was really great, he was able to come to my house yesterday (Sunday) and was able to give a temporary solution for my furnace until he could come back today for the complete repair. He came back today at the time he promised and got the furnace working in no time at all. He gave me helpful tips on how to better circulate the air in my home in different seasons as well. Ken is prompt, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with. This was my first time working with Ken, but it won't be my last.

He worked for me for AC and he said need gas and he changed us $550 the next day my AC didnt work I ask him to come back and fix it he said he going to change me again he be care full if you need AC company make sure to call right person he doesnt have any knowledge for AC .

Ken was awesome and he did a great job flushing our tankless water heater. He was very professional and did not push into selling add on services. I did not have to buy anything for the annual flush as everything was covered in the negotiated price.
He even went above and beyond by flushing the entire home pipe system for free.

Fast response very friendly and was on time, was here in an emergency and did a fantastic job fixing my AC.
