Neighborhood Credit Union

I called customer service because I couldnt access any statements past 12 mths so the rep said I would have to go to the CU but she didnt include that they would charge me. I get to the CU and I tell the person that what I need and she said ok you can actually print the statements online but since youre here for us to print them it will be $55 for 11 mths. Her name is Janelli and she wasnt not the least bit interested in addressing my concern. She was real matter of fact about it . However , the outcome was good because Ian was able to give me exactly what I needed without issue . I appreciated his effort because it still would have ultimately cost me for the printout.

Came in with my dad to get a replacement card and we both was treated with 5 five star customer service! Sarah was fast, friendly, and nothing short of amazing! Thank you!

Hours of operation is very inconvenient for those who work from 9-5...May have to find a credit union who better service customers when it comes to hours open. You use to have the drive through open from 9am-12pm on Saturdays. Not good. ..

Sarah at the Arlington branch was very nice and quick! I was able to walk in and out less than 20 mins with great customer service!

Horrible customer service. Did commercial banking here and the teller had a horrible attitude and treated me like an idiot 10/10 would recommend not banking here. If I could give zero stars I would.
