        We received a call from one of your reps at our facility, Ashley. She was rude from the beginning not realizing that she was speaking to the owner of our business. She continuously asked for information even though it was being spelled out for her and then she commenced to harass our staff (continuously calling) after we had to end the call to get back to our patients. It had gotten to the point where we had to ask her not to call us anymore. I would love for a manager to reach out regarding Ashley's behavior.
