I absolutely love this credit union!! Being apart of EECU is honestly like being apart of a family. I was referred here some time ago and I have referred friends and family as well. The team here is amazing!! They have all taken time out to educate and teach me about saving,different programs they offer and so much more! Any questions I've ever had have always been resolved immediately and you can tell every single individual here truly cares about their work and about all the customers they serve each and everyday. I take pride in being a member with this credit union and I look forward to many more years with them. Thank you all for everything you do!! You are truly appreciated

The personnel attending this branch isnt the most Friendly personnel I ever seen
With an scheduled appointment, Ive arrive and took me 14 minutes to be attended by a service representative, then this person with the most I dont mind about you type of attitude person, ask me the due questions and then information was provided to her, kind of tension here and there, I left the facilities with a bitter sweet taste, since Im a temporary resident I was told that my chance are low.. I called 4 times asking for this person which obviously never called me back, then I had to call customer service, complaint about the quality of service this person was providing and they were the one that told me that I was not approved.
Thanks for your service , improve your personnel and their attitude, otherwise this branch will go down the hill.
