I love it my appointment was at 8:45 soon as I sit down I got called they made me feel so comfortable they very nice people

I am a transfer patient from a different office and am highly disappointed. I got new insurance this year and called to verify that they would accept my insurance. The front desk person said yes they take my insurance and helped me schedule an appointment. I had the first appointment of the day and still had to wait 15-20 minutes before being seen. After the appointment I got a bill for $300 because they were out of network. I called and when I told them what insurance I had immediately the person on the phone said its because they accept it, but I am just out of network. This is highly disappointing as the front desk person knew exactly what I was asking them and deliberately left out the fact that they will take my insurance even though it was out of network. Additionally, I was charged for new X-Rays even though the same company took X-Rays less than a year prior. It is very obvious that this company is in it for the money only. RE: After talking with one of the managers at this location the issue was resolved. I was told that the charges will not be collected and will be written off as a loss on their end. I am happy to hear this, but would have felt better knowing this up front.

I used to love this place, but not anymore! I wanted to go in for a routine cleaning, which is covered by my insurance, but I was recommended to do a deep cleaning which I understand but it wouldve made sense to me to do my routine cleaning and I can come back later for the deep cleaning instead of wasted my off day thinking I was going to get my teeth cleaned and didnt and then I was presented with the most expensive services To get my teeth, reconstructed and fixed. I dont recommend going here and I wont be going back myself. There are other providers in the DFW who do grate jobs and they dont break the bank , also, if you expect to get seen on time, you have another thing coming! Dont believe the hype on K104 and these other radio stations and they also bribe people for reviews! I was covered only for x-rays which these were things I already knew about my teeth from the last few times I had went there its giving scam vibes. Dont let the PPO dental insurance trick you because they offer free whitening Just go somewhere else
