817 Hotel Arlington

I had paid for a room early. I understood that I couldn't get it until 3. But the way that they spoke to me was very rude. I simply asked what the run number would be. And she just wanted to argue and make her point right away. She should not be in that role if she can't calmly speak to customers. Her name is Dee. Terrible experience. I've stayed here before but this time I got a refund and left right away.

By any and all means necessary avoid this hotel. I stayed for the Texas high school football championship games. The first room I was given smelled like garbage and the door did not shut (it was supposed to be out of order). I was given another room and it wasn't much better. I ended up buying Lysol to soak down the bed and and my own sheets and pillow from Wal-Mart just to be safe. Dirty/stained towels. I later found a used bar of soap that was left in the bathtub.The whole hotel is super outdated and lacking amenities that others have in the area. The only good thing about the hotel is that it's literally a 5 minute walk to the stadium. Now this year (2022) the same room I had last year is a staggering $600 for 3 nights. Even the front desk workers said there's no way they would pay more than $150 for all 3 nights.
