        Can I give ZERO stars?? Absolutely horrible customer service. I was charged a full stay regardless of what I was told when speaking to a representative at the Hampton. I was informed I would not be charged at all, due to a switch within the company. I will NEVER be back, and the word will spread.

        I was extremely disappointed. Fall extremely short of standards come to be expected of a Hilton property. The facilities are poorly maintained and dated.
