Comfortable hotel, quiet, clean, no complaints about the facility. Only issue was when I checked in, there was a line of 4-5 people and no front desk attendant. Waited like 15 minutes, people tried calling the front desk, no answer. Finally an employee came up and helped us. Other than that snafu, no issues.

Anthony greeted my family with a very warm smile and served us with the highest level of customer service that I have ever experienced!!!! Our stay was heavenly and all the staff served with a smile, happy that we were staying with TownePlace Suites. The experience was phenomenal from the initial greeting to check out after two days. Breakfast was hot and offered different choices everyday. I have found my new home away from home! You will agree, I highly recommend this location. Anthony, you were right! Thank you.

Were staying here for work for a couple of weeks. Large studio with full kitchen, always clean bathroom, excellent usb options next to bedside, large tv, laundry room, decent breakfast, small fitness area and outside pool. $118 per night. Excellent accommodation 3 minutes away from AT&T Stadium, Six Flags and many excellent restaurants in the area. More than worth the money.

I checked into TownePlace Suites on Jan 17th. I made the reservation through a third party for two days due to my home flooding from a broken pipe. I called the front desk on the morning of the 18th after checking with my son to see if the house was still fill with water. He informed me that the house was dry for the most part. I called the front desk and ask if I would be charged for the night if I checked out. I was told no. I vacated the room before 10am. I wrote the third party company to inform them that I did not need to stay the second night and i would like to be refunded. Someone finally contacted me, I explained what happened and why I didn't need to stay two nights. They understood and called the hotel to verify that I did indeed leave the premises. Whomever she spoke with said that I stayed both nights. I was home in my bed the second night. I am furious that the person lied. Did they double book the room after I left and want to rip off the booking company and me? Noteworthy details: This hotel lied to a third-party company telling them that I stayed two night instead of one. I will not book with such lying people again!
