Line to make payment has been inactive for 2.5 months cant reach any number or email associated with them payment up to date as of janurary 15th 2023 since then they have vanished and just today April 6th it was removed from credit report all together. And number still arent active to call them. Havent received any letters about any thing emails phone calls nothing. Only 2 years left on loan out of 5. Completely lost

The line is always busy! How am I supposed to pay my car note, they don't answer the phone and there is no website to make payments?

Do not ever do business with this company they will lie and have cars out in your name that you never purchased with them. There is a bmw vehicle in my name from 2022 I never came into their office and got a loan my identity has been compromised. When I contacted them just now Daniel and Cassandra basically got on the phone and would not give me the information to their legal department or a fax number to send In the proper paperwork so now I am in the process of filing a suit against Cassandra and Daniel and VSC solutions. When you call them out on it they will hang up in your face and then keep the phone off the hook so you can not reach them. I am also contacting the BBB and credit agencies to report them as well . Need help or have questions anyone please reach out. Thank you
