Spice and Gravy Southern Eatery

Had the chicken and waffles, loaded grits and catfish and fries. All the food was delicious, we enjoyed every bit. Waffle was a tad too doughy but not enough to ruin the food!

Wow! We really enjoyed our meal here! The catfish with rice and gravy was delicious! The chicken fried steak plate was chefs kiss! Tenders and tasty...we are full. We tried the sweet cornbread as well and it was great! Thanks Reggie and the excellent cook in the back! We will be back for sure!

AMAZING!!! From the food to the service to the CLEANLINESS of the restaurant! We celebrated a very special birthday here and were beyond pleased! And the chocolate tea is phenomenal!! So smooth! We will be back and tell others! I got the smothered chicken plate: DELICIOUS! My family got the catfish and grits, and the Loco Moco and loved them! And the Mac and cheese was on point!! Also, the jazz music playlist was delightful:-)

My family and I tried S&G for the first time today, and we will definitely be back! We order a little of everything to give it all a try. Catfish, grits, chicken, waffle, French toast, biscuits and gravy were all delicious. Loved being able to eat local with Reggie and Mary. Happy 1 year in business.
