We had no trouble with management until this month because of leaving the door open and who my son entertaine. We pay our rent every month. And we don't deserve being evicted. The owner is basically cleaning house. So I I hope this place goes under for unlawful being evicted. Rooms: Roaches and bed bugs.

Do not rent here. Owners practice 3rd world procedures at their discretion. Owner's son Mason, proudly verbally advised he doesn't have to follow any rules, he does whatever he damn well pleases. Mason refused my $1000 monthly rent on November 1st and advised he wanted me out the next day. Since that time he's constantly calling police after playing games to escort me off property. One day i was allowed entry to pack but after questioning missing items told to leave or police will be called AGAIN. Mason lied to police on November 2nd, told police i had 3 days to pack. My neighbor said padlock put on my door 30 minutes after me and police left. When i arrived his father said i couldn't enter without police escort to watch pack and load truck. The father John, said he was following what Mason said!! Police said that's not true. One day employee, Bedin, gave me 30 days to remove my property. I paid Lyft again to pack. Missing new purchased items purchased and delivered November 1st. Questioned and once again police arrived to escort me off property. A few days later I was told by Bedlin Lester inn packed all of my items and put next door outside behind Catfish Sam's, a restaurant they own. After having those items put in storage, IRONICALLY i noticed all of my electronics were missing. Microwave, Ninja air fryer, an oven, laser printer, 2 crock pots, coffee maker, hand mixer, food chopper. I've reported to Attorney General. This establishment is run 3rd world and the employees appear terrified of Mason. He's also discriminating against me at 64 years old. He takes advantage of the weak. I'm too old to handle his daily rules. His changes were always given to employees to relay to me. Not sure if his employees here legally. His employee did say cameras at restaurant where they stored my belongings outside. Bedlin said she doesn't know who packed my things. Said she would have Mason look at camera showing what was put there and who took it. I highly suggest not living here. I've spent money taking Lyft several trips only to play a new game with Mason. He's never given me anything in writing. Says he doesn't have to. He's caused me Unwarranted financial stress I wasn't prepared for at 64 years old. I was born and raised in USA but I'm being treated like an illegal immigrant or the same way he treats his employees. Mason supposedly knows people with police. Not sure if true but I've never had someone constantly calling police. I want my stolen electronics and/or any other stolen items including huge Gain detergent and huge clorox. These people should not be allowed to steal while informally kicking out a resident. I've never paid rent late.
