This guy is an excellent Dentist. Previously had a bad experience with another dentist so I hadnt been to the Dentist in awhile. Dr. Mansour fixed me up and got me back on track. Hes so kind and caring. While hes doing the work he and his staff will ask you are you ok? What really sent me his way was when one of my coworkers had dental work done where hed done about 10 extractions and she was at workpain free mind you!!!! Ive been sold ever since then. Please give him a try. You wont regret it.

Horrible doctor who destroyed the left side of my bottom teeth for no reason. Suggested that I should remove my old fillers and do these new ones to avoid future problems then had to go to another dentist to fix what he broke. Rude staff. Continues to harass me for a $25 fee he wants to send to collections. Avoid this so called dentist at all costs. This guy was apparently an electrical engineer who couldnt make enough money and decided to go to dental school! Thats not a joke

Dr. Mansour is our family dentist since 1996. He is a very good dentist, we like him very much. He took good care of our teeth. I would recommend him to anybody. His office workers are very nice, they make you feel good when you have your dentist appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Mansour! Six years ago, I went to a popular dental practice who told me I had gingivitis and six cavities. Having no dental pain I found this suspicious and found Dr. Mansour for a second opinion. I went to him two years ago and he told me my teeth and gums were healthy. I went back again yesterday because I've had some issues with my mouth but it was primarily my jaw. I needed a new Night guard. Dr. Mansour took x-rays of my teeth and told me that my teeth and my gums are healthy. I had no cavities and no gingivitis. He ordered me another night guard and I only paid $150 for it which is $400 cheaper than what the other dentist quoted me. You have to be careful when it comes to choosing a dentist! Not every dentist cares about your oral health, they care more about making money. Dr Mansour is by far the best dentist I've ever gone to. He is very knowledgeable about our mouths and he takes the time to educate you. Also his office staff is friendly and professional and Jada the dental assistant is fabulous! Highly recommend this practice! Thank you dr Mansour for helping me and my family w our dental needs!

Absolutely the worst dentist I've ever been to. He misdiagnosed my mom and said she needed dental surgery, which a specialist later said she did not. My mom ended up suffering a lot from the procedure (pain, infection, bleeding), which Dr. Mansour said was "normal"). When I was a patient he was rude and unprofessional to me, and whenever I asked a question he got overtly defensive. I can understand if he was just having a bad day, but we have seen him several times with the hopes that the experience will get better, and it hasn't, so I've resorted to writing this review. All the subsequent dentists I've been to (including DDS/MDs), disagree with the diagnoses that Dr. Mansour gave, so either every renowned dentist is wrong, or there is something questionable about Dr. Mansour's practice. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice, as ANY other dentist in Arlington would be better.
