Look no further!! Eric is the best realtor we've ever worked with! He has represented our company (Galliant) for multiple leases and purchases. These have been across all of DFW (Waxahachie, DeSoto, Dallas, Fort Worth, Burleson, Forney, and Frisco). It's amazing how connected he is. But what stands out the most is how much Eric is able to get done for us. He's helped organized everything that goes into purchasing a property, even when it would hurt the chances we close on it (ie extra inspections, etc.). He always puts his client's interests first and finds the best deal for them. We feel very fortunate to have met him and will continue to work with him and his company on future leases and purchases. Vicki is a beast! She made herself available 24/7. I've never seen anyone fight harder for their client's than Vicki. She was very professional and didn't sugar coat anything. I can't say enough good things about Eric English and his proficiency as a commercial real estate broker! I had an old rundown donut shop to sell in Fort Worth, a property my late husband and I had owned for decades. It truly was a case of selling the horse before it died! Eric's guidance from the onset was spot-on, and his expertise as a skilled negotiator garnered me the best offer of many (who woulda thunk it?!) that led to a successful closing. He communicated with me every step of the way. I cannot recommend his services enough!
