        Will have you standing there nit knowing how to order or what to do and if you ask its just "we'll be with you in a second" just let's mobile order people bully there way to the register. Left feeling really dumb

        My recent visit to this location was my first experience with Potbelly. Just in case you have never been there, here's some helpful info: apparently, behind the high wooden partition there are three stations that you're supposed to visit to place/customize/pay for your order. There aren't sufficient signs to indicate this system. I could only see one person, which led to me going back and forth and disrupting the flow without realizing it. You can't see what you're choosing or hear in the loud echoing restaurant, so you need to know what's going on to avoid feeling kind of dumb. Food was pricey for being kind of mid.

        The general manager Denisha is the main reason I always come to this location. Shes runs her sandwich shop with pride and never misses a beat. My food is always ready on time and tastes phenomenal! This is the best potbelly in DFW!!

        Ordered a wreck sandwich with mayo. Received sandwich with tuna salad instead of mayo. Disgusting! Will not return.
