I bought my 2013 ford fusion from yall March of 2022, The very first night I purchased my car it broke down on the side of a major highway which left me stranded at 2am. Didnt have my car for a week following. This has since happened 3 more times!! Each time breaking down at dangerous times and areas of the highway! Including this past weekend it broke down on the side of Dallas North Tollway and completely shut off. As you can imagine this was a very scary and dangerous situation. Each time this happens including Saturday it has cost me to miss work and lose hundreds of dollars one again!! I pay $628 a month on this car and should not be worried if I can make it to work to pay my car payment and other expenses I have. (This isnt a cheap car) I just went thru this 2 months ago and was stranded in a different state for 3 days trying to figure out how I can get home, missing work once again! every single time this has happened its the same problem happens the same way and car just shuts off. Its been fixed 3 times and clearly its not working. I know longer feel safe driving this vehicle and cant continue to bite the hundreds of dollars Im loosing on a broken down car wile paying $628 a month on it I made payments regularly on time until I started having issues with this vehicle. Id like to explore other options and trade this vehicle in.
