Arlington Veterinary Center

Staff is attentive and takes their time making sure your pet is comfortable. My very nervous doggie left as a happy, healthy girl. We are happy to have them as our new family vet!

We ADORE Arlington Veterinary Center. Over the years weve seen all the vets there and have always had great experiences with them, assistants and front office staff. Only thing they could possibly improve upon is doing appointment reminders. Its the only medical facility we frequent that does not do them. Very minor thing to do with though given how great they are in all other aspects. Would highly recommend them!

My dog and I have visited this clinic three times because he requires sedation, and were new and they approach this differently than Dr. Bonnie did. When I called to arrange to drop my dog off to see Dr. Bonnie, I was told to drop him off at 7:30am. When I got there, I was informed that I'd have to wait until 8:00 am for her to arrive. This left me in a bind as I had work commitments and couldn't accommodate the delay. At this time, there was a tech who made a comment of what did you think was going to happen today? (more than once), which left me feeling uncomfortable. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience and rude behavior. Additionally, I noticed a charge for a service I declined, in the room with the tech on my second visit. My husband had to call and address the unprofessionalism and only then was an apology given. As someone who values good communication and customer service, this experience fell short of my expectations. Unfortunately, this has led me to consider seeking care elsewhere for all my pets.
