        Recently switched vet offices, and couldn't recommend Dr. Haynes enough! She was so sweet, and gentle with our dog. She caught something early, and was quick to notify me so our pup could be cared for immediately! Extremely thankful! Thank you Dr. Haynes!

        I must have caught a beginner on the phone? In the past I have received nothing nothing but great service.. Sadly, I called to schedule a time for end of life service for may faithful companion. I never got to that point. I have never been talked over and talked down to in my life. My thought was, who in the hell does this lady think she is? My wife and I listened in stunned amazement. I could not get her to stop trying to sell us more services. Remember, the dog was very near death? . At one point I had to tell at her to stop talking so I can explain what I needed and wanted done. That never happened. To prevent my dog from anymore suffering , I made one phone to another clinic , services were rendered in one hour.

        My dog was diagnosed with a cancerous mass and needed surgery. Everyone at Richter has been so helpful and courteous! She had her surgery three days ago and the doctors have called with helpful advice and just to check in on her! That shows me that they truly care for the well being of my fur baby! Thank you to everyone here! We will be coming back!

I am glad we were able to catch and treat Keiko's urinary tract infection before it became more serious and hope she is doing well on her antibiotics.       Dear Mr. Burns,We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Sam.In response to your recent comments regarding the call to our clinic, our receptionist was not trying to sell you additional services. Our team members are trained to explain to pet owners seeking euthanasia that if we have not seen the pet recently, or have never seen the pet, that the doctor may require an examination prior to moving forward with euthanasia. This is at their discretion, because they must feel comfortable that euthanasia is a viable and appropriate choice for that pet. Because we had not seen Sam in almost 8 months, the receptionist was making sure you were aware that an examination might be required. The reason this is done over the phone is so that there are no surprises when the pet is brought in. If you had remained on the phone, she would have also asked you about your aftercare preferences. While it isn’t necessary to make that decision ahead of time, we want our clients to be informed of their options and have time to discuss it with family. Again, this is to keep the actual appointment as stress-free as possible and has absolutely nothing to do with trying to sell additional services.I was unable to take your call yesterday but did receive the message that I should check our Google reviews.
