        The management alone makes living here worth it. They were always so communicative and it was so easy to get into contact with them. Any maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently. When I moved out, they didn't try to charge me for dumb things that were always there. Best apartment management I've ever experienced. The apartments themselves are cute studios designed to sort of separate the bedroom and living room area. Perfect for a student living alone.

        Perfectly sized for college student living alone. Great price compared to other 1x1s in West Campus. Less than 10 minute walk to campus! Close to several quick food marts. Very quiet part of west campusAway from the loud frat houses! Management took care of any issues that arose within 48 hours!

        Lived here for 5 years. Great price for a studio in West Campus! Management is involved just enough but not intrusive. I've had to get maintenance twice, and they were always there the day I put in the request. Loved living here!
