        My husband and I visit Austin quite often and The Ave has accommodated us on several of these visits. We love everything about The Ave: location, accommodations, amenities, parking, etc. and it is super clean! The staff is amazing and will do everything possible to accommodate your stay. I highly recommend The Ave whether it is for a short- or long-term stay.

        My company set me up here for a month of corporate furnished housing and I loved it here and wished they had availability for when the month was over. Christine was super friendly and helpful to me and my puppy Ollie and he was always excited to see her! She even gave him treats! Staff was always helpful to schedule cleaning or get packages. Facility was super clean and the gym and pool were amazing too. Never had an issue finding parking. The furnished apartment had great furniture, cookware, and silverware. The surrounding neighborhood was great to walk my puppy. Very safe and lots of dogs walking around. Definitely stay here if youre looking for a great place to live.

        My partner & I are new to AVE and we both absolutely LOVE IT! The design of the apartments and amenities are stylish and spacious! They also really utilize tech here and its so smart! From the design of the key system to the resident portal, its all made so intellectually. The staff has been so welcoming and super attentive to our needs. Doesnt get better than this :) for what you pay for, its definitely worth every dollar! Location is also safe and very walkable.
