I lived here for a year. You can literally hear your upstairs neighbor toilet flush. My next door neighbor liked to take showers and go to the bathroom at 5am every day. You dont expect for a 2 bedroom for 2400 a month. The staff constantly changes. It is way over priced. Also read the small print. They hit me for another entire months rent because I only gave a 30 day notice. The gate also broke several times when I lived there. So you would be stuck outside the gate without a way to get in. I would not live here again if it was free.

Great location, great condo. Clean, nice amenities! William Harvey that works in the complex on my first day I had so many bags with me and I was lost trying to find my apartment he took his time to help me out and take me to my apartment, great kind guy!

Mail theft, car break-ins, auto thefts, THE WHOLE LOT!! It has **ALL** happened at this complex. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!! Do not be fooled by the amenities, or the polite staff. Management does not consider the safety of their residents nor the NEED to improve. Wedged between SOCO and I-35 is a recipe for disaster, and the biggest draw for hoodlums!
