Steve Madden

I bought boots for my daughter. The leather of one of them was wrinkled. The store where I bought it admitted the mistake but did not change it and did not take it back.

Will never be coming back to this Steve Madden again. I received a pair of boots as a birthday present from my parents. They sadly did not fit although they were beautiful. When I came to return, the employee #602028 (Terrrel) kept scanning the shoes to see if they had been worn, the sole was brand new, there were no creases and even had the inside stuffed. She asked me if I had worn them and I said no and then proceeded to tell me that she thought I had worn them and because of that she was only able to give me store credit. At this point I was really frustrated but decided to search around to see if I could find something my size and that I liked. After trying about 4 other pairs of boots, none of them fit right so I expressed how unfair it was that my parents couldnt receive their money back. No employee was helpful nor did they try to remedy the situation. Now I have to go to other Steve Maddens to see what I like.
