The Viking team did a nice job with our smaller fence project. Generally responsive to upfront questions and requests for information, fair pricing considering labor intensity and materials, punctual on scheduled date and start time, and quite efficient completing the work once started. Dan the estimator is knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Crew member Dimas and his work partner friendly and really know the craft. Thanks

Viking Fence Company did a great job on replacing and installing new fence and gates for our backyard. Dan was very knowledgeable and help us decide on the type of replacement. Dimas and crew did a fantastic job. The fence looks great and the neighbors agree. Everyone is very happy with the work done.

Could not be more satisfied with our new fence! Dan and the Team (Dimas, Otto, and Mario) did a really great job and even went above and beyond to help me remove a root and some brush.

After initial contact and discussion Viking fence never sent me a quote. I even reached out TWICE afterwards asking for an update and they stated they would send it over the next day. Its been a few weeks now. I guess they dont want my business. UPDATE: Viking Fence replied as soon as they saw my one star review and provided a quote soon after. As such adjusting my review to 3 stars.

One of the best fence picket grades in Austin, it takes them a little long to load you up, so don't go there if you are in a hurry.

I'm very sorry for your experience. Due to safety protocols related to COVID, our customer service staff was short handed by one person the last few weeks at our main facility. We are back to a full team again and look forward to improving on your last experience. Additionally, on the price increases....lumber prices are up 276% as of Jan 7, 2022 vs the start of the pandemic. Many competitors are selling lower grade lumber as higher graded product, so we'd be happy to review your quote to ensure its apples to apples. Regards.
