        Called April 3 and was told I had to fill out paperwork to change agent. I did that and I never got phone call after the change or return email so I cancel them. Last agent I had never told me my auto renewal cancel. I never got a renewal paperwork in mail. DW didn't pay attention to his records. Cancelled Gosehead went with another company. did not respect to call or email and it took Dan week and half to get back to you. I found better deal anyway. I also did not get full declaration page either. Got no explanation to my question. Send Mr Jones a letter need training
