We were referred to Chad and Michael of CMG Financial after been denied loan by another lender and I must say, it was a blessing. Unlike the previous lender, CMG team was very detailed and took out time to work on our applications with us to make sure we got approved. We got great rates from them and ended up spending less than we had budget for. Thank you Chad and Michael, would definitely send referrals. Ya'll rock!

Chad and his team communicated with us every step of the way and made this anxious process simple and with very little concerns. Chads team provided solutions every step of the way when issues did arise. So thankful for the team at CMG for servicing our loan.

If I could give this team 10 stars, I would! Chad was recommended to us by our realtor a few months before we decided to start looking for a home to purchase. We began our homebuying process in February and just closed on our first home this month. As a first time homebuyer, I felt confident with every step of the process. Any questions we had, they were swift with a response! I also want to highlight their App, where I could sign on at anytime to see which stage we were in and if there were any outstanding documents needed to move to the next. I could honestly keep going on about how amazing they are.. We cannot recommend this team enough!

Chad Mullenix was great to work with and knowledgeable about the home loan process. We will recommend him to friends and family when they want to finance. Chad communicated with us from the beginning as we were loan shopping and helped explain what each line item was, we feel blessed that he was the person we chose to work with.
