If i could give 0 stars i would. Professional thieves in a office building. I moved out of a house and I'm being charged for removing fence pickets... The fence is rotten and falling to pieces and they clearly avoid replacing it. And charge me to fix the fallen rotten fence pickets. I'm being charged for tightening a toilet tank?!?! I'm being charged for items left behind when no items were left and they won't provide proof. I'm being charged for adjusting window screens?!?! I'm being charged for a broken toilet paper holder, one was never even there in the first place. I'm being charged for stars on the ceiling that were there before I moved in. When I call no one ever answers, both leasing and current tenant lines. Avoid this company if you are renting at all costs.

I have been at my resistance four years now and since having leaf group Ive been very pleased! The staff is quick to communicate back to me and in a very kind manner. I also have had to use maintenance several times and they always respond super quick! My most recent maintenance guy that came was Dustin, and he was professional and courteous. I definitely feel like they have my back anytime I need something. Im very glad to be living where I am, thank you leaf group!!

I had to move to Austin suddenly from out of state, with a one week timeline... and Lauren helped make it happen! Since then, Ive appreciated her helpfulness and professionalism. Ultimately I couldnt have done it without her prompt and kind help!

A great value as this is still relatively inexpensive and close to downtown. The units are old and that should be taken into consideration. The office staff isn't great either. You get what you pay for, this place is cheap so...do the math. We were able to save a considerable amount by living here, and that was why we endured all the hardships we faced here. We had a goal.
