This company is in disarray. We've been with them for over 5 months and they still haven't assigned us an official property manager. We have a MAJOR issue and I've called over 5 times only to be passed around to several different employees.
Update: At 5:04, our temporary property manager called me back and took swift action. I will remove this review when I see improvement.

If you want to get letters and late fees with no explanation despite having your account on autopay. This is the place! They provide absolutely nothing and will nickel and dime you for fees you already pay. Worthless property management company, better management could be performed by a circus animal.

Worst management company ever! Save yourself the heartbreak! I live in Spanish Oaks in Killeen. Associa Hill is supposed to be handling our HOA. Our entrance and common areas are unkempt. The park is filthy and we have no idea where our dues are being spent! They send people out to fine us for weeds and tall grass, yet they havent cut the grass to the main entrance or the fields in nearly 2 months. Next stop is the Killeen Daily Herald! Maybe then someone from Associa Hill will actually contact the residents that theyre collecting dues from! Associa Hill, stop stealing our money and actually do your job! Stop adding fines to homeowners because of your faulty payment system! Stop harassing the homeowners, telling them to move if they dont like the rules! Do YOUR JOB! Do what WE pay you to do!
