Interacted with them as a tenant. Nice people that are responsive and will work with you regarding any problems. They don't improperly take from your security deposit when you leave.

While they seem like nice people, Herbert and Richard are completely underprepared to deal with major maintenance issues in the apartment. Whenever my room flooded due to improper drainage design (which is more of the HOA's fault), their solution was to rent an industrial fan to dry out the wet carpet, instead of replacing the old, damp carpet. They also brushed off looking into a intense chemical smell coming from the HVAC, and placed the job for finding the source on us. I would avoid Malaga Condominiums at all costs, specifically the condos under management of Capital Properties like Unit 807. It may be cheap but it is absolutely not worth it.

Richard and Herbert at Capital Properties are fantastic. We lease office space in a building they manage, and they're always prompt and courteous when we need to report an issue. They're A+ folks!
