This review is based on the fact that these people never answer their phone so you have to leave a message... and then wait, and wait some more. I called twice (at least), left messages. Eventually got a call back from a woman who said she would speak with a tech and call me back. Since then... crickets. It's been weeks.  I need a Nutone System repaired and they are the only company in Austin that is an authorized Nutone service provider. If they can't or don't want to repair it, they should have said so, so I wouldn't have wasted my time with them. I will not hire them to provide any service ever.

Wow!  I have not had service like this since the 70s.  The repair guy talked to me about my problem and did not just try to make a sale. He helped me figure out my problem and worked with me on the solution.  If you want an honest deal talk to Alamo-Austin!
