The decision to purchase an IP camera system from Supercicuits was not based on price, but on the company being located in Austin Texas since 1989, and the customer service guarantee. I made the right decision!
Well that was 2 years ago and currently the 4 camera system I was initially pleased with have been pulled and will be picked up by sanitation in the morning. Since installing the system, the daytime video has remained good, but the night time IR cameras had just about stopped working. I also had issues with customer service not providing assistance in reconnecting the remote viewer. So, I ordered a HIKVISION 8 camera system, completed the installation myself, scanned a few QR codes and the remote access was activated. Very simple and complete installation.
Bottom line, I paid double for a camera system. Do your research, the quality of Supercircuits camera systems are poor compared to the HIKVISION.
