Been with them for months and i did my job and finish couple of projects and they didn't help me get a license they let me go cause its getting slow and they chose the new guys that came in 2 weeks ago because they have a licensed and those guys are buddies and friends with the new management and they can even take long lunchbreaks and whatever they want and leave 1 to 2 hours early but me and my crew kept working and doesn't really take lunch and its a big deal to the new management if we take lunch and leave 15 minutes early and the management guy even bug me 5 to 10x everytime asking what em i doing where em at?? which is i know what im doing and he can see it and im doing myjob but he doesn't trust me and my crew because we are not close friends, they don't care if your car got towed and they don't wanna help with parking all they want is for you to come on time even though you have to walk 30 minutes away from the parking lot and you are o your own. Bad management, lack of cooperation, career advancement is just on paper, poor communication, the only good thing in this company are only few tech's.
