        DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED PET. If you want a caring, supportive and communicative place, This is NOT the place. Especially for appointments - can you imagine leaving your dog for the appointment time and then them being locked up for 5-7 hours till the doctor can see them? So sad and so upsetting. If this pet hospital is so busy with spay/neuters and other surgerys - They should NOT take appointments. As a dog mommy - I love my pet way to much to ever bring her back here.

        I do not recommend this service to anyone with a pet who they love dearly. I was told when I booked the appointment that my pup would be able to receive both his influenza vaccine and his heartworm prevention injection. But when I arrived at Banfield to drop him off only then was I notified that they did not have the heartworm prevention injection on-hand. Banfield acts as if I can just take off work and drop off my pup any time they need me to. I pay almost $60 a month for my pups wellness plan which is supposed to significantly discount the care and medications he receives. Yet every time there is an issue and he needs medication I am always shocked by the high prices. I go online and find the exact same ear flush or antibiotic drops for significantly less. And when I tell this to the Banfield employees they just shrug. I asked the vet for explicit instructions on how to clean my pups ears and how to administer the antibiotic ear drops. But its been two days and still no instructions. The notes from his visit that were provided in his online profile are just the results of his bloodwork and fecal test. I have called multiple times asking for the specific instructions to be emailed to me and/or entered into his online profile but still nothing. This whole Banfield operation is overpriced and ineffective.
