        I was 82 when I was told due to bone deterioration I would have to get partials. I was told I would have to get my teeth pulled and then go without teeth for 3 months to heal and get measured for full dentures. Or I could pay for partial dentures. I waited 6 to 9 months later to do it and when I went back and asked them to explain it again I was told I only had to pay for teeth removal and dentures. Later I was reminded I had to pay an extra $700 by Medicare don't pay for dentures twice and the temporary dentures were not going to fit even with adjustments. I was in so much pain I stopped eating for a week and had to go to the ERbc of dyspnea. The only thing the dentist said was we can keep adjusting them. It has been 6 months and they are no better. I wish I would have been informed better.

        Dentists and Hygienists are fantastic, 5/5. The billing team? Have sent me bills months later on multiple occasions and billed insurance double the quoted pre-insurance cost
