Longtime customer here, I used to regard this as one of the best restaurants in the Woodlands and it was a go to for me and my family however something changed during Covid and the recipes for some of their dishes changed and not in a good way. Red and yellow curry are lacking in flavor compared to how they used to be and their pad thai used to be amazing but now its very heavy sauce forward and It doesnt taste as good. Also the chicken in their dishes used to always be but now it sometimes rubbery/overcooked. This place is very nostalgic to me so I will occasionally eat here but its definitely not what it used to be.

This is my second time eating at Thai Cottage. I would have come back sooner if I wasnt out of the country for a year. This is one of the Thai places I put on my list to make sure to come back to as soon as I got home. My absolute favorite dish is the yellow chicken curry with chicken. I get the spicy level three. The curry tastes very fresh and like they truly take their time. One of the best authentic Thai restaurants in the Houston area in my opinion!
