Windrush Apartments

I have only been here for one month, but this is my review so far. The leasing agents are very courteous and act with urgency. The maintenance staff response very quickly, and are very respectful. This is a pet friendly community. Its been a mostly quiet experience living here. This is my first all bills paid place to live and Im getting used to that. There is grocery store right next door, , a few restaurants and a convenience store and a bus stop.

Windrush is pretty decent for apartment living. All bills included makes for easy payment. Entry into and out of the complex is convenient. Overall, our experience was good.

DO NOT move here. This place has gone downhill. It was a decent place to live at first. They have changed ownership like 3 to 4 times since I have lived here. Some units are remodeled, but it is just cosmetic. The person who runs this complex is a joke. Nothing ever gets fixed, and if they do its just a "bandaid." I have water leaks when it rains, roaches and rodents, mildew, and walls that have water damage from leaks that are inside walls. Toliet that moves completely off the wax seal, people that do not live here park in spaces that are meant for the tenants. Mind you, I pay for reserved parking and I have to find them so they can move their car. It takes a miracle to get the towing service here. Kids that run around all hours of the night and tear up property. Homeless people that sleep in the laundry rooms. Dog owners that do not pick up after their dogs, so there is poop everywhere, and it stinks. The dog park is just as bad the smell is horrible. I can't wait till my contract is up.
