Bay Club

I live here currently. And I will say. i will not be renewing my lease. At first glance this place looks like a dream. Rustic and very bayside south Texasy. Me and my husband loved it being new to the area and bringing in a baby to our already size 3 family. So far they have 1) tried towing my jeep with no notice (against the law) 2) entered my apartment with no notice (against the law) 3) they had people climb onto our apartment balcony to reseal our sliding door, and the guy was sitting with his face against the glass watching my children. Not to mention the office didnt tell us about the people coming to do work? (Is that against the law?) 4) they charged us for not having renters insurance when I have documented proof that we have and they refuse to pay us back 200$ (against the law??) 5) they left a gaping hole in our window seal for months that leaked everytime it rained and it took multiple maintenance reports to get it fixed. 6) they replaced our door locked with those stupid keyless ones. Didnt give us a choice which sucks. But the ILLIGAL PART is that they took away our deadbolt? (ILLEGAL!!) Corprate hasnt spoken to us about any of these issues even tho theyve been brought to light. How can i start a lawsuit?

They are horrible.. they havent fixed their gate in years and barely closes. Theres no cameras around so if your vehicle gets broken into, thats your fault, not theirs, and if you go and complain to them, they wont care. Their rent goes up, literally every month Are you paying 100 and 900 now its 1000 something and they havent fixed their gate in years they dont care if any of your property gets stolen. Its your fault not theirs and be careful they will tow your car if it looks Ugly on their property and they dont give you a warning nothing they just take it

I used to live here in 2019 and this was by far the worst place I have ever lived. Roaches everywhere big and small ones. There was also giant spiders. Maintenance was basically non existent. I paid the same amount each month until the fourth month it kept changing and no one would tell me why. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I had many friends who lived here and had the same experience. Till this day we talk about the trauma we all had from the bay club. I dont get how this place even has 4 stars considering the reviews and how everyone Ive met who have lived here hated this place.

By far the WORST place to live. This is a DEATH TRAP! Dont live here! I am currently consumed with toxic fumes and Evelyn Flores in the office and David Stevens head of maintenance Told me theres nothing they can do about it I cannot take an adequate bath because they dont hire licensed vendors who know what they are doing. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I am headed to the health department right now. Whatever you do, do not rent here all these people need to be called out. When I moved in, there were also nails all over the ground because their vendor didnt even nail the rug down. My electrical outlets were buzzing, and there was a huge fire hazard. I could go on and on. These people do not care about your health and safety. Protect your family and stay away. This is illegal of them and these are at lease violations from Bay Club.
