        very well kept both inside and out.Margo is very nice and helpful and Esther is very nice and always there to help and so friendly.Its also affordable.maintence does a great job as well.my neighbors are also very nice.its a great place to live!

        We just moved in about a month ago. Our apartment is very spacious. Esther was very helpful with the process. Esther is always so sweet & answers every question we have. Very thankful to have stumbled upon these apartments.

        Ive been trying for years to get things taken care of and nothing gets done. I put in work orders and nothing gets completed even though they say theyre completed. We have mold, fixtures coming off in the shower, the carpet is literally deteriorating, the mirror is falling off the wall in our master bathroom. The staff is absolutely horrible, rude disrespectful and disregards our needs. I have a disabled mom who cannot see and they take full advantage. This has become an issue with the warranty of habitability. We need new paint, new carpet, and updated fixtures even to the point of the doors needing replacing. Esther is absolutely horrible, rude, ghetto and bad customer service. I do not recommend this apartment as my mother has lived here 20 years and get treated like shes a nuisance
