You can tell the management and staff work really hard to keep up with the demands of the community. Even after hours, erica will answer the call and do her best to address our needs.

Our ac had been out for over a week and nothing was done we had to get our own ac still to this day has not been fixed called everyday multiple times because Diana never answer the phone just to be told it was being work on and waiting for parts multiple times and asking to speak to the manger and was denied later to find out by other employees the part was never ordered and be told it was nothing by maintenance when it was 86 in our apartment at one point I was finally able to speak to the manger Erica just to be talked to very rudely and hanged up on do not move here the office never answer the phone nothing gets done and the manger doesnt see anything wrong with whats goes on .

Honestly the worst apartment complex and management group. The manager lies through her teeth. Will tell you she told you something when she did not. One time she called and accused me of throwing trash in the parking lot, claiming she had picture proof but wouldnt show me this so called proof because IT DIDN'T EXIST. The apartments are nasty. I had to scrub and clean when I moved in because there was a roach infestation. I tried everything to get rid of them. Every time a neighbor moved out (which was every 3 months it seemed like because these apartments are AWFUL) they would bomb the empty apartment and it would get so bad in mine. They barely sent anyone to spray the whole time I lived there. I moved 6 hours away and I left them with a forwarding address and they refuse to mail my deposit to me. They say they have decided I have to come pick it up. I left a forwarding address FOR A REASON. Do not move here. The prices are lower for the area, yet extremely overpriced due to the way that you are treated and the quality of the apartments. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I will say the maintenance team is on top of things. They usually came pretty quickly and got it done.
