        Cricket has good monthly rates and decent data speeds. But their motto must be "Give everything for free to new customers and charge existing customers full price." I just get annoyed. When I'm trying to shop for a new phone (cracked screen, smh), in sorting by price low, and it says $0. Click it. Price for new customers $0, price for upgrade $299. Seriously? Yeah I've been a loyal customer for years and years but let's charge me $300 more than someone who may not even stay with the company or pay their bill. PLUS don't forget that $25 upgrade fee ON TOP of that $300 "upgrade"

She not only assisted me with adding a new line to my account she upgraded my current lines from old outdated plan to the new current high speed plans. Now I'm getting the full service I've been paying for. Coming to this location from now on for any future needs.
