Hampton Inn Corpus Christi-Northwest I-37

Not worth what we paid plus points As you walk in it smells like mold in there. The remodeling is going pretty rough. Bad paint and tile jobs. The breakfast was not so good as it usually is and n the hilton hotels. When checking in I had to wait for the clerk to finish a long call. She apologized but her face expression was not apologetic. I will definitely skip this one next time.

Beautifully remodel and best thing is you don't have to checkout until noon. I also appreciate that the lady that works hard to make breakfast for everyone also helped make my waffle.

We went to town for a special event. When we got to our hotel, the place was under renovation. The hallways were full of construction equipment and supplies. Our hall smelled like paint thinner, and the room wasn't very clean. The receptionist who checked us in was very nice, but the lady who checked us out (I will call her April) was rude as hell. When we complained about the construction, she told us that it was on the website. We did not go to the website, but we're told over the phone that there was a little painting going on, not a full renovation. When my wife told her that she told my wife that she was being very condescending. We try to stay at Hampton or Hiltons when traveling. I can assure you that we will not be staying at this establishment again.
