        This company will charge you for things when they can't/won't explain how much of or even what you are buying. When asked for a detailed explanation they get agitated, tell you to call another company, and hang up on you. But that's what thieves do when they're called out. Also take their time and don't return calls or emails

      Unfortunately Mr Moyer due to the home warranty we have a set rate with them. With the plan you have it was not covered through the home warranty and passed on as a non cover. You question what the copper modifications were and we explain to you what they consist of, unfortunately you did not agree to what was said and consider us as thieves. When we called the home warranty to explain the situation they mentioned that you had agreed to the non cover cost and it wasn’t an issue with them. I’m sorry you feel unhappy with our rates and we did mention to reach the home warranty to request for another company since you didn’t agree to our pricing. We reached out to the warranty company to mention the issues and they will be reaching out to you to get another service provider to assist you. Thank you for your patience Mr Moyer
