        Weve really had no personal communication from this office in the 3 years weve been there with home, auto & an umbrella. I cant speak regarding others there, but today I had such a difficult conversation with one of them regarding wanting a change they agree was imputed incorrectly that we want to move our policies to a different office. She wasnt friendly or compassionate at all; just more combative than anything.
